Guarantees

We have a wide variety of product options through our supply partners and can offer mid and long-term guarantees with an insurance backed warranty. We are always happy to discuss options which may well suit our clients' needs without attracting a premium.

Manufacturer's guarantees on the primary weatherproofing material vary from 10 to 40 years, with varying degrees of disclaimer, whilst BBA certified life expectancy predictions can put the same material at 30 to 50 years life expectancy.

We have access to all major UK suppliers so we are not product restricted or biased and offer advice on products available, system warranties and insurance backed options.

As part of our normal supply, for all except minor works, we will provide a project specific 'Operation and Maintenance' file containing manufacturers material warranties and contact details, maintenance instructions and as built drawings as appropriate. In addition, all company installations, except repairs, are covered by our five year labour and materials guarantee in the absence of contract or collateral warranty terms.

We are also approved supply, design and construct members of AWM, a company that audits both construction and material supplier members for quality and stability and offer building owners, architects or main contractors a range of insurance backed warranties including:

• Pioneer Guarantee – Ten year latent defects guarantee
• QA+ Pioneer Guarantee – Ten year latent defects guarantee and thirty year defect free product

These require AWM's inspection and approval of our product selection, design and installation.

Note – Not all of our supply chain partners are AWM members and some of these offer a similar system warranty under their own brand name.
