Sage’s New Projects!

Here at Sage Roofing we are proud to announce that we have won three new jobs recently and we take pride in telling you what they are and who we are doing it for.

The first project we have won is a job at Birmingham University worth £800,000 to us. This job will involve hot melt and single ply roofs, parapets and cappings, Rodeca translucent wall system to the gym and rainscreen to feature entrance. We will be completing this job for our good friends, Willmott Dixon; we are Category A on their supply chain and won their “Best Pre Construction Company” award recently.

The second is phase V of Swanshurst School, Birmingham’s improvement and expansion scheme, and we are delighted to team up again with Logmoor Construction and Bourneville Village Trust Architects Dept having worked with them on previous phases. We are supplying SFS wall and roof framing, single ply membrane, Trespa and timber cladding systems.

The third is Veterinary Medical School at Surrey University for Bam Construction valued at £750,000. As well as hot melt, felt and single ply systems, the project has a circular equine building clad in tapered standing seam sheeting. We are Category One on Bam Construction’s supply chain.

All in all it is looking like a very positive month for Sage! We will keep you updated on our progress within the company with regular blogs, so make sure you watch this page!
